Q the Enlightenment

The torch [of enlightenment], which measures 29 feet (8.8 metres) from the flame tip to the bottom of the handle, is accessible via a 42-foot (12.8-metre) service ladder inside the arm (this ascent was open to the public from 1886 to 1916). Encyclopedia Britannica.

The ascended path up the right arm that leads to the torch of enlightenment is 42 feet. How about that?

10 (Torch of Enlightenment/10 Commandments) + 25 windows in the Corona (crown), a quarter + 7 rays (7 seas, 7 continents, 7 pointed "Corona", a seven pointed star, 7 Hermetic principles)

10 + 25 + 7 = ?

The base is an 11 pointed star. The statue faces southeast towards the continent of Africa. It was originally designed to be a lighthouse for the Suez Canal in Egypt.

The Key(stone), the Scales (torch is on the $10 bill, the 10 commandments - 10 and 10 balanced between two arms - the flame is the heart, the law is the feather), and the Pyramid.
